Number 127. She`s the Man
predictable and un amusing film overall, a few giggles here and there but nothing spectacular.
Number 128. The Girl Who Played With Fire
after the exceptionally brilliant first film, this was a stinking, slow and most depressingly of all dull sequel.
Number 129. The Social Network
i really, really, really did not get all the hype about this film.
ok the acting was good but it was a story that really didnt need to be told, purely because it wasnt very interesting in any shape or form.
Number 130. Happy Birthday to Me
fast paced slasher classic from the same team behind my bloody valentine.
decent kill rate, some imaginative deaths too! and a quite bonkers twist at the end!
Number 131. Red Riding Hood
not gonna lie this one is quite insane.
more cloaked avenger runs around rome hacking people to pieces with her hooded dog helper.
you see, mental!!!
the gore flows right from the start and throughout.
ok acting that is completely blown away by the break-neck pacing.
Number 132. 976-Evil
a rare spot of robert englund direction for this inventive take on the demonic posession idea.
this time people get blackmailed by a demonic tarot card phone line in exchange for a better life.
looks great in a very stereo-typical 80`s horror way with lots of mad lighting effects and fog all over the place!
very easy to watch, very entertaining and where it really won me over was the dry sense of humour that runs through the film.
Number 133. Machete
quite possibly the best film i have seen this year.
with guns, gore and gilrs all in very high amounts right from the beginning and continuing throughout the whole film this was a winner!
