dear god this is a poor film, uninspired action with a ropey plot and dull script.
Number 186. Pirates of the Caribbean-On Stranger Tides
as always these films are brilliantly watchable, the plot is just a loose excuse to string together random laughs and outrageous set-pieces, which it does from the very beginning right through the to the obviously open for another sequel ending!
Number 187. Midnight Movie
a serial killer escapes from his film into the movie theater and starts killing the viewers.
an ingenious plan! well put together and tightly directed, this one gets straight into the action and doesnt let up, well acted and the FX are cracking.
Number 188. Timber Falls
like a mix between hostel and misery and nowhere near as horrifying as either.
badly acted withg characters you dont care for, it loses its way and most viewer interest as you dont care if the characters live or die.
Number 189. Blood of the Mummys Tomb
classic bit of hammer! blood duxom bosoms and a monster wedge of legend!
great stuff all round!
Number 190. Children of the Corn
oh my god this is a truly awful film.
terrible acting, poor direction, needless violence, horrendous music and the most ridiculous ending i think i have ever seen in film.
