| supergroup?, 11 Oct 2008 if you are reading this then you probably already know what to expect the raps are vicious, the beats are full and heavy there are a couple of heavy guitar based tunes thrown into the mix aswell but for me this album is a little bit less consistent than other psychological releases as there are a couple of songs that are completely and utterly throw away trash but when they get it right witrh songs like "south of heaven" and "joe spinnell" or the fantastic closer "the black wings of apocalypse" then it all just fits together so very very very well. as always the raps are top drawer with each individual bringing their own distinctive style to the table nd for me it served as a nice introduction to mr hyde safe in the knowledge that if he wasnt to my style then atleast with bill necro and the gore throwing down i would still be safe. they all tear it up brilliantly and it a cracking album | |
