if filter were to make a nu metal album then this is what this lot sound like
there is nothing and i mean nothing here that you havent heard elsewhere
and probably done better by the original band
the singer is trying so hard to sound like an angry richard patrik its worrying
the music is a hotch potch mixture of korn and mudvayne with some slaves on dope thrown for good measure
if you like nu metal you may find something to like in this band, but i doubt it
if you dont like nu metal then this will just reassure you that it was a self plagirising genre that ran out of ideas long ago
for me i like the album because its un demanding fun but thats about s far as it goes | |
