| not bad, 15 Jun 2008 a vampire slayer is trying to stop his vamp nemesis from killing off a vampire royal family and beaming the strongest vampire to ever walk the face of the earth good stuff- the action is fast and frantic and exceptionally eye grazing the soundtrack is thumping and fits brilliantly with the action there are some deft comic turns by well pretty much all the cast and the two twins of the title are stunning bad stuff- the plot is utter guff and has been done to death there are sections that feel completely unrelated and pointless to the film but it never seems to take itself too seriously and if you approach it in the same way then there is an easy couple of hours of brainless entertainment to be found here and as usual jackie chan steals the show out from under everyone's nose | death metal |

| not bad at all , 15 Jun 2008 bloke shows up who needs blood and it turns out he is an alien vampire type thing in an attempt to hide his actions he hires an assistant to help him find blood and a nurse to help him with the transfusions as you would they start to get a little suspicious and then the fun begins the good stuff: the actings not half bad and the plot is quite entertaining and still relatively faithful to the original and it notes quickly and i never found myself bored and of course traci lords looks stunning the bad stuff: it seems they spent all their budget on lords and as such the special effects really aren't special at all and the car chase towards the end is terrible but overall as an exercise in camp stupid fun this is highly entertaining | death metal

| return to form?, 15 Jun 2008 a new lineup and a new label did it make any difference? i would say most definitely yes! the band have streamlined their sound and reduced the electronics and removed the nu metal sound and tightened up the sound and brought an extremely larger chunk of aggression to the table this is much more straightforward and direct and because of this its a joy to hear them tear your face off the second the album erupts from the speakers for me the two standouts are the two more melodic numbers in the form of the title track and the mighty brooding beast of a song that is bite the hand that bleeds that prove that there is still life and variety/creativity still in the band nice to see them banish the memory of digimortal well and truely out of our minds | death metal

| could be worse, 15 Jun 2008 it was going to happen eventually........ the fact that fear factory finally release an album that didn't redefine the genre and this is it its not a bad album by any means but by their own very high standards its disappointing everything that made their previous work brilliant is still here but it feels this time like they are merely going over old ground and subsequently it fails due to a lack of intention the guitars still knock you sideways the drums still feel like bodyblows and burtons voice still gets those hairs standing up on the back of your neck the only trouble its nothing new in this mixture and the guitar sound isn't as good as elsewhere and this album has atleast three terrible songs on it and that is why its disappointing if its cheep then chuck some cash at it as there are also a few crackers on here too in the form of the pummelling byte block and acres of skin and the awesome single lynchpin | death metal

| misleading title, 31 May 2008 ok so the general gist of this is that a lesbian hit woman recruits a new girl who is entangled with a bent copper then another lesbian hit woman shows up and takes an interest in the first girl in between all of this confusing love triangle there is alot of shooting and stabbing and a little lesbian messing about if you want 90 minutes of guns and nudity then look elsewhere as the focus here is the connection between the characters and the action is more of a distraction from the story but it is still very entertainining | death metal

| they back , 31 May 2008 the lotus has returned and it may be their best yet this is the third effort from the psychopathic supergroup and its not as immediate as the previous efforts but it does continue to heavily mix thickly distorted guitars into their morbid hip hop mixture the beats are thick and the groove is slow and the raps again crawl from the members mouths the songs are fantastic and possibly some of the best there boys have crafted my personal faves being in bloom withered for its slower dark hook and black sand for its fantastic jamie madrox lead chorus overall i would highly recommend this to any juggalo out there you wont be disappointed | death metal
